Packaging
Each painting is handled with the utmost care. Artworks are securely packed using rigid, protective materials to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition, no matter where they are traveling.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days to carefully prepare, pack, and arrange the dispatch of your order.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Costs
Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your exact location, but typical estimates are:
Regular International Shipping: $15 – $20 USD (Estimated arrival in 10–21 business days)
Express International Shipping: $40 – $50 USD (Estimated arrival in 3–7 business days)

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
I want you to be completely happy with your new artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the painting within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact me via email.
Paintings must be returned in their original condition and in the original, secure packaging.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Because international shipping can be unpredictable, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. I cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned painting is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs, as well as any international customs duties or taxes you paid, are non-refundable.
Damaged in Transit
I pack every piece with extreme care to ensure safe travel. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork so we can work out a solution (such as a partial refund, full refund, or replacement) as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
Custom commissions and personalized paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
